Q. When will my order be delivered?
Please see our delivery days below so you know when to expect your items after you have placed your order:
Order Monday by 4pm for delivery on Wednesday
Order Tuesday by 4pm for delivery on Thursday
Order Wednesday by 4pm for delivery on Friday
Orders placed Thursday and Friday will be delivered on Tuesdays
Orders placed over the weekend will be delivered on Wednesdays
Q. My order has not been delivered
Please ensure you left the prompted delivery instructions when you placed your order, as this can impact the delivery of your order. If you're not at home when delivery has been attempted, the courier will leave the item in your specified location.
Q. Do I have to create an account?
Although we encourage our customers to create an account, we fully understand that sometimes customers don't wish to have one. You can choose to complete your order without signing up to emails or creating a Boost Foods account.
Q. Do I need to leave delivery instructions when placing my order?
Please ensure you leave delivery instructions at the payment stage. Please also include any additional information required if you'll not be at home for any reason. This is to ensure that your order is delivered on time and to ensure the quality of perishable products is not compromised.
Q. I want to cancel my order!
If you've changed your mind, then order cancellation is possible within 2 hours of placing your order, by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your order is placed out of our business hours of 9am-5pm Monday to Friday, please email or call us between 9am and 11am the next business day.
Q. How can I look at previous and existing orders?
Reviewing your order is simple; all you have to do is log onto your Boost Foods account.
Once signed in to your account, you can view previous orders in the Order History section from the main menu. Please note, as soon as your order starts to be processed, we are unable to make any alterations. Any required changes must be made before completing the order in the checkout stage.
Q. WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY CHARGES?
£4.95 for orders under £20
£2.95 for orders over £20
Delivery is free for orders over £50
Q. Do you accept returns?
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns. We pride ourselves on our fantastic quality, but if you do have a query, we would be happy to discuss it with you. Please email us at email@example.com.
Q. How do I update my payment details?
Simply log into your account and then click 'Payment Options'. At this stage you can update the payment details by entering them and clicking save. These details can then be used for future orders.
Q. How can I be confident my food will be chilled?
We take every precaution to ensure your meats will be kept chilled until you arrive home. Q. Are your items freezable?
Yes, all our items are freezable and have clear use-by-dates on the label for how long you have to enjoy our products whilst they are fresh.
