Keep it simple with our Greek style chicken marinade recipe, which only takes ten minutes to prepare.
All you need is:
Half cup of olive oil
3 x garlic cloves
1 x tablespoon chopped thyme
1 x tablespoon chopped rosemary
1 x tablespoon of chopped fresh oregano
Juice of 2 x lemons
4 x tablespoons of natural yogurt
Start by mixing the natural yoghurt, garlic, rosemary, olive oil, thyme lemon juice and oregano then add your chunks of chicken to the bowl and keep in the refrigerator for a minimum of 6-7 hours before removing the chicken from the marinade and adding to the grill.
