Ingredients:
100g tuna
50-75g cooked pasta shapes
230g can of chopped tomatoes
100g can of sweet corn
4 tablespoons cheese sauce
Cheese sauce
1 tablespoon butter,
1 tablespoon plain flour -
1 cup of milk
1/4 cup grated cheese
Directions:
- Melt butter, add flour and simmer lightly, slowly add milk bring to the boil keep adding milk. Add cheese and stir until melted through.
- Bake for 20-30 minutes, until it starts to brown. Serve at once.
Can be frozen
