Thai Green Curry

Ingredients:

1 jar of Asia at home curry paste
1 can of light coconut milk
500-700g skinless breast chicken
Handful of Snow peas or broccoli

Directions:

  1. Start cooking rice.
  2. Sliced chicken into small strips
  3. Heat curry paste in pan or wok
  4. add cocunut milk and heat through, bring to simmer.
  5. Add the chicken and small pieces of broccoli and cook on low heat for 10 minutes. Serve
    If using snow peas, add to chicken last minute as to not over cook.
