Spinach, Capsicum and Fetta Pizzas

Ingredients:

4 pitta bread (18cm round)
1/2 cup (125ml) tomato pasta sauce
2 cups (250g) grated pizza cheese
75g baby spinach leaves
1 medium red capsicum and fetta, sprinkle with remaining pizza cheese.

Directions:

  1. Place ingredients over pitta bread.
  2. Bake in very hot oven about 10 minutes or until browned.
