Ingredients:
1 large roasting chicken
1 oven bag – sold in pack at supermarket – saves the washing up.
Directions:
- Heat over to 180c
- Place 1 tablespoon flour in oven bag and shake.
- Place chicken in bag and bake for required time @40-45 minutes.
Sit down and put your feet up while it cooks!
Great with roast potatos and steamed greens or have just with a salad.
