Ingredients:
700g skinless chicken breast – enough for 3 cups
4 cups finely shredded chinese cabbage
4 green onions, thinly sliced
1 teaspoon bottled crushed garlic
1/4 cup peanut oil
1/4 cup lime juice
2 tablespoons fish sauce
1 tablespoon sugar
Directions:
- Cook skinless breast chicken, shred to make 3 cups.
- Place chicken, cabbage, onion and basil in large bowl
- Combine garlic, oil, juice, sauce and sugar in screw top jar, shake well.
- Drizzle dressing over salad, toss gently to combine.
